Happy Holidays! We closed the store, papered the windows in preparation for the holiday season. The faboulse Faded Elegance dealers brought tons of beautiful holiday treasures and worked tirelessly on their displays. The snow only added to the ambiance, no other way to get into the spirit.The following day we unveiled our windows and started our Best Decorated Dealer Space contest. The competition is very fierce; customers vote on their favorite space and are entered to win a $50.00 Faded Elegance gift certificate. We are still counting the ballots and will announce the winner very soon!
I wanted a different holiday look this year, an eye catching red and white. I hung mirrored curtains to add sparkle and shimmer. I recruited my sister to help wrap hundreds of gift boxes in white shinny paper and a big satin bow. When I think of Christmas I think of all things sparkly and lots of presents.
